For orders placed at Glatt Jewelry, you can choose between delivery or personal pickup at the wonderLAB Concept Store. The delivery rates are as follows:

In case of ordering an individual unique jewellery design (wedding rings, engagement ring, other), personal consultation can be arranged.

I strive for sustainability in my private life, it is no different in the case of Glatt Jewelry either! Most of the packaging used is environmentally friendly – just like your jewelry box made from recycled paper!

The packages ordered from Glatt Jewelry are usually of higher value, so I pay extra attention to make sure that no one can recognize the contents of your package during transportation. Because of this, you will find my own name as the sender’s name, and you won’t be able to find any branding on the package itself.

During the checkout process you can choose between two payment methods. The secure credit card payment is provided by the world-renowned Stripe. But if you prefer, you can choose PayPal as well.

The brand currently doesn’t have its own retail space, however, you can view some pieces of the collections at wonderLAB Concept Store located at 1053 Budapest, Veres Pálné u. 3., and in case of online orders, you can also choose the option of personal pickup here.

All pieces of Glatt Jewelry are marked with my own name mark (which is I.O – Imreh Orsolya) and the official mark of the precious metal that the jewelry is made of in accordance with the trademark rules in force in Hungary.

In case the weight of the jewelry doesn’t qualify for the weight required for the mark (1 g for gold, 2 g for silver) due to aesthetic reasons I prefer not to mark the jewelry. But of course it can be done on special request, but please consider in this case, the smaller pieces will not be nearly as perfect as without a sign. This only really applies to really small jewelry, you can find a hallmark on 98% of the Glatt Jewelry pieces.

Glatt Jewelry is made from real precious metals, so with proper care, they retain their condition for much longer than their cheap jewelry counterparts. In case of size differences, your jewelry is always interchangeable! If the size ordered from the webshop seems to be incorrect, please do contact me, and we can definitely work something out.
