Since all jewelleries are handmade, after placing your order it takes us 1 or 2 weeks to make your own unique piece.
The jewelry will be delivered to the courier service immediately after it is completed, and it should arrive to you within 1-2 working days in Hungary and within 1-5 working days in Europe. During the ordering process, you can choose personal pickup as an option, which can be done at the wonderLAB Concept Store located at Veres Pálné street 3, Budapest, 1053.
Home-delivery for Glatt Jewelry products is available in Hungary and other European countries as well. Please find below the shipping calculations.

Please always check the package right after the delivery and ask for a report on any damage that may have occurred during transport, otherwise we cannot be held responsible for any such damage.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it in its original flawless condition at any time within 14 days of receipt! If you return the product (s) to me in their original packaging without any damage, we will refund the purchase price to your bank account within 30 days. Unfortunately, I am unable to refund the purchase price in cash. Please return the product to me at your own expense by courier service or by post to the following address: Imreh Orsolya, 1136 Budapest, Pannónia utca 10.
Please be sure to doublecheck your shipping address, because if the courier service is unable to deliver for a reason beyond their control (e.g. the recipient was not present or an incorrect address was provided) and the package is returned to me, the cost of re-shipping will be borne by you, even if no shipping costs were originally charged when the product was purchased.
Eco-Friendly Packaging
In addition to making sure that I collect, scan and revitalize the “residual” precious metal when making jewelry, I also try to think of environmentally friendly yet maximally suitable solutions for jewelry packaging.
The jewelry you order will be placed in a modern, refined, exclusive jewelry box, that, in addition to being very eye-catching, has the FSC® (Forest Stewardship Council®) certification. This guarantees that the material used for the jewelry box comes from an FSC®-certified forest, where no more trees are cut than the forest can reproduce, thus protecting animal and plant life. It also guarantees that those working in forestry using adequate safety equipment and a fair wage.
This jewelry box is placed in a cardboard mailbox, the inside is lined with tissue paper for aesthetics and safe transport. Naturally, these two packaging materials, like the jewelry box, have the FSC® mark as well.
In order to ensure that your package does not get wet on the way to you in any way, it will be placed in a waterproof courier bag. And here comes the best part, this courier bag is 100% compostable in a home composter too!
