Guarantee<\/i><\/b><\/h2>\r\nThe seller guarantees a 14 days warranty for all Glatt Jewelry pieces from the date of the purchase. This warranty only covers damages that occur despite the intended use (for example if a magnet falls off a jewel). In the event of defective goods, the Customer has an option to request for a repair or a replacement. If repairing is not possible, Seller will consider replacing it. If the defect occurs after the expiration of the warranty, the Buyer has the opportunity to contact the Seller to discuss details and the possible solutions and costs.<\/span>\r\n
